George Launey
Founder & CEO

Since 1997 George has enjoyed an illustrious career in occupational health and safety. In his first venture, George started an onsite, mobile medical surveillance program for Clarian Health, fully-equipped as a forty foot clinic on wheels. George handled all aspects, from startup to marketing to managing day to day business operations. During his tenure, George managed facets of many medical surveillance programs including programs for United Airlines, the U.S. Postal Service, Conoco Railways, Quemetco, and the U.S. National Guard to name a few.

Next, George moved on and became an expert in injury case management and was quickly recognized for his ability to decrease costs while improving injury outcomes. During this time, Mr. Launey formed his own company and over the past decade, George has managed worksite injuries and onsite medical clinics for such notable Fortune 500 companies, Dell Computers and Applied Materials. For eight years of this span, George worked closely with Applied Materials, as a key corporate global partner. George and his team proved instrumental in developing programs, managing onsite clinics, and drastically improving bottom line results for Applied Materials. George also functioned as a key contributor in helping their corporation achieve VPP status with OSHA.

George Launey holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Ball State University, and a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from Marian College. George is a board certified registered nurse (RN), Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist (COHN-S) and holds a number of other certifications. Mr. Launey also serves as a Board Member for the Children's All Star Foundation.
